Server and Network Administrator
Dynamic Quest, is the best IT Services organization in our region and as we continue to grow we continue to look for strong motivated individuals to join our extremely talented team. We are seeking Server Administrators to help meet the demands of our expanding client base. We serve companies in a wide range of industries, focusing our efforts on helping our clients prosper. Our technical staff works with our clients remotely to ensure that their Workstations, Servers, and Network Devices are all operating as expected.

Our technical staff works with our clients either onsite or remotely to ensure that their Workstations, Servers, and Network Devices are all operating as expected.
- Solid level of Common Sense
- Strong Communication Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of IT Support experience or equivalent experience
Handle customer technical issues, Level 2 Desktop Support.
Experience with networking equipment and with servers administration.
Responsible for responding to trouble tickets, determining clients' and users' needs and implementing solutions in a timely manner. Escalating tickets appropriately when needed.
Effective communication skill with customers, users, and management regarding ongoing project status, including time frames, problems, plan changes, and solutions.
Provide level-2 technical support to the clients. This would include items such as general troubleshooting, assistance with basic operations in the MS-Office, basic Operating System settings, Email Setup, User Password resetting, removing viruses, setting up Printers, Installing operating systems/software and general connectivity help.
Must be comfortable helping and following up with various users to help support their needs and routing calls to the appropriate people or escalation path.
Should have knowledge of the following:
- Active Directory Administration
- Customer Support
- Mobile device support
- Comfortable with: Outlook, XP Desktop, Win7, Win8, Win10 and common desktop applications.
- Expereinced troubleshooting browser issues
- Remote customer support
- Train and resolve problems for end users
- Network experience a plus
- Server experience is a plus
